Reservation Rules and Policies

Guarantee Policy
A CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM OR GUARANTEE
YOUR RESERVATION.  The credit card given at the time of reservation will be the card charged for your stay unless special payment arrangements are made and confirmed in writing.  See additional Payment information below.   

* Rates are based on parties of 2 adults.  Please contact us for rate information specific to the number of guests in your party.
**Our Holiday Rates apply to some Federal Holidays as well as some of our Local Celebrated Holidays.   Wyatt Earp Days and Helldorado Days are considered Special Holidays and do have some special requirements.  Please see below and contact us for more information.
Extended Stay Rates are available.  Please contact via email at  katiescozycabins@aol.com or call (520) 457-3963 for more information on extended stay rates.

Check-In/Check Out-
Regular check-in time is 2:00pm, regular check-out time is 11:00am.  Early check-ins are available upon request, if possible.

Payment-  
Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted.  Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in for Regular Stays and 60 days prior to check-in for Special Holiday Stays.  If arriving within 30 days (or 60 days if Special Holiday Stay) of booking, full payment is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.   

Cancellation Policies -

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation without penalty or fee is acceptable with a 30-day notice with exception to Special Holidays as designated below.  If cancellation occurs within the 30-day cancellation period, the entire stay is non-refundable.  No refunds are given for shortened stays.
Special Holiday Stay Cancellation Policy:  This policy applies to stays during Wyatt Earp Days and Helldorado Days only, which are considered Special Holidays.  Cancellation without penalty or fee is acceptable with a 60-day notice for Special Holiday Stays.  If cancellation occurs within the 60-day cancellation period, the entire stay is non-refundable.  No refunds are given for shortened stays.

     CURRENCY RATES QUOTED IN US DOLLARS AND EXCLUDE 
     APPLICABLE TAXES.
