Cabin Rental Rates

Please contact us for our holiday rates and weekend reservations.

Policies & Rules

Our rates are based on 2 adults per cabin, but we can adjust for larger groups upon request. Holiday rates apply to Federal and Local Celebrated Holidays, with specific rules for events like Wyatt Earp Days and Helldorado Days. If you’re planning an extended stay, email Reservation@cabinsintombstone.com to ask about our special rates.  We’re here to make your stay as smooth as possible, so feel free to reach out with any questions about rates, holidays, or longer stays. We’re happy to help!

24/7 desk- check-in/check-out

Our regular Check in is from 4pm, and check-out time is 10:00 am. However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer early check-ins upon request, if available. Our front desk is available 24/7 to assist you with check-in and check-out, ensuring a hassle-free experience no matter when you arrive or depart. 

Just let us know your needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for your convenience. For Regular Stays, full payment is due 30 days before check-in, while during Special Holiday Stays payments will be due 60 days prior. If your check-in date is within 30 days (or 60 days for Special Holiday Stays) of booking, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policies

For Regular Stays, you can cancel without penalty with a 30-day notice. However, if you cancel within this period, the entire stay is non-refundable. Shortened stays are also non-refundable.

For Special Holiday Stays during Wyatt Earp Days and Helldorado Days, a 60-day notice is required for cancellation without penalty. If you cancel within this period, the entire stay is non-refundable, and shortened stays are non-refundable as well.
